The Profit Map consists of 4 Main "Sections"

Section 1 - foundation

Starting with the Business Alignment Planner, we'll evaluate what you want to get from your travel business in terms of time, money, lifestyle. Balancing your personal and professional goals is important! While also considering you passions in the industry.

Section 2 - Gather Data

Using the Profit Map worksheets, we'll list out the expenses in your business for the most recent year. Summarize the types of trips you typically plan, factor in any new niche, destination, travel style, and do some calculations to use in our scenario planning.

Section 3 - Plan Scenarios

We'll develop 3 unique scenarios so that you can quickly visualize what your annual revenue numbers could be based on 3 unique criteria. The number of bookings per month, average commissionable sale $, current fees, commission %. As part of these revenue scenarios, you'll have the opportunity to see the impact of fees, increased commission per booking, and commission percentage. As a result of these scenarios, 3 unique Profit Projections will be generated automatically.

Section 4 - Set your Goals

Once you complete Sections 1-3, we'll work to set your annual money goals and develop a sales plan to meet those goals with ease. With the Sales Plan completed, we'll move over to the Dashboard and Goal Planner where all of the key metrics and numbers from our previous work will be displayed. And you'll have a full 12-month financial plan which you can take to build out your specific marketing strategies that work cohesively with your business money goals.

The Profit Map Generator System is designed to walk you through the financial goal planning process. Whether you opt to do it yearly, quarterly, or even monthly, the system takes much of the guesswork out of the equation so to speak.

How long is the workshop?

I have set the workshop to be split over 2 partial days (approximately 2-3 hours each day). This allows you to break up the content into more manageable chunks so that you are more apt to stay with it.


In the end, it's not always about a specific amount of time, or a scheduled... what you get out of the workshop is just as important. What you learn, your confidence level, your understanding, as well as the revived feeling you have to move forward in this area.


There is some recommended prework that would be helpful to have before we start Day 1. Don't stress if you aren't able to do it. We'll start each day with an overview, foundation, and have some time built in just in case.
